The Animalhouse touring UK, winning fans 7 April 2000 Former members of ’90s Oxford guitar band Ride, Mark Gardener and Loz Colbert, are on their first UK tour as members of their new outfit The Animalhouse. On Thursday the Camden Monarch club turned away more than 100 concertgoers from a sold out show. The tour continues through 15 April with a show at the Charlotte in Leicester.     The Animalhouse released their first single Animal in January. Their second single Small is due 17 April in the UK, with an album to follow this summer on Boilerhouse/Arista.     NME reports that The Animalhouse will tour again starting 3 May in Peterborough and running through a show 18 May at Sheffield University. | NME story | | Ride/The Animalhouse news (unofficial) | | top of page |
